If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or it doesn’t fit, please email admin@coachedbynix.co.za to organise a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for arranging the return to us. The easiest way is via PUDO using locker location: The Well Centre Ballito, Albertina Way, Ballito, Opposite LA PIZZA Restaurant.

Alternatively via Postnet, Ballito Dr F12, Ballito Junction Regional Mall, Dolphin Coast, 4420

Return the item in its original packaging or alternative packaging that protects the garments. Please ensure that you make us aware of the tracking number so that, in case there are any problems, we can track the package.

Any goods returned not in their original state will not be exchanged/refunded.

REFUNDS: If you would like a refund then please send your order back to us and once we have received it and checked that it has no defects then we will process your refund.

Coached by Nix makes use of PUDO for its deliveries. Your parcel will be delivered to your nearest PUDO locker.

Once the parcel has been dispatched you will receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for the pick-up. You will have 48 hours to collect the parcel from the locker otherwise the parcel will be sent back to the closet PUDO Kiosk or the Depot.
